The Bungeling Empire has once again stolen vast quantities of gold; your homeland is depending on you to get it back. You'll have to fight past the dangerous guards of the Bungeling Empire and solve devious puzzles at the same time to settle the score with the Empire and to return the lost gold to your beloved homeland.
Your superiors have not sent you out on this mission alone, however; they have equipped you with your handy mining laser. With this tool, you can carve into almost any surface, creating new paths to recover gold in places that you could otherwise never reach. The holes you dig will also serve as a buffer of protection between you and the despicable members of the Bungeling Empire.
As you move your way further into the heart of the Bungeling stronghold, you'll begin to encounter new tools to use such as bombs, ropes, and dangerous exploding mining carts. Reconnaissance, though dated, does suggest the presence of elite Bungeling troops deep within the lair of the Bungeling guardtroop. They appear to have a great familiarity with explosives, making your journey all the more dangerous.
Naturally, LRX contains a massive single player expedition. In addition to 55 levels in the main campaign that span 5 different worlds, you will also find many additional levels to play in the custom level section.
LRX also has a deep multiplayer mode that supports up to 4 players at once. This mode offers you a great amount of customization; you set all of the requirements for victory. You can also enable special features such as Turbo Mode and Dark Mode on a per-player basis.
In addition to a competitive multiplayer mode, you can team up with your friends to increase your odds against the Bungeling empire.
You can use the same Level Editor that created every level in the game to create levels of your own to share with everyone.
With the click of a button you can check for updates from in-game and then download them whenever you choose. The updater can provide new levels, new graphics, or even updates to the game itself to fix previous errors.
